Les enfants de l’OGS ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel-restaurant Schwermer le vendredi 26 avril 2024. Les enfants et les animateurs ont rencontr\u00e9 M. David et M. Bernhard Schwermer et ont cuisin\u00e9 ensemble des cr\u00eapes aux pommes.<\/p>

Gr\u00e2ce au projet sur les poules, le th\u00e8me de l’\u0153uf est actuellement tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sent dans l’esprit des enfants. Les enfants ont pu aller chercher les \u0153ufs pour les cr\u00eapes dans le poulailler de Schwermers et se faire ainsi une id\u00e9e de la vie future des poussins qui ont \u00e9clos. En transformant les \u0153ufs par la suite, ils ont appris que non seulement une nouvelle vie na\u00eet des \u0153ufs, mais que ceux-ci font \u00e9galement partie de notre alimentation. Les enfants ont \u00e9galement appris que les coquilles d’\u0153ufs ne doivent pas \u00eatre jet\u00e9es, mais peuvent \u00eatre mises au compost ou donn\u00e9es \u00e0 manger aux poules.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s la collecte des \u0153ufs, chaque enfant a re\u00e7u une toque de cuisinier avec son nom dessus et un certificat de cuisinier personnalis\u00e9.<\/p>

M. Bernhard Schwermer a \u00e9t\u00e9 aid\u00e9 par les enfants pour cuisiner. Ils ont pu couper des pommes et participer \u00e0 la d\u00e9termination de la taille des cr\u00eapes. Pendant ce temps, d’autres enfants mettaient la table au restaurant. Apr\u00e8s le repas, les enfants ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9barrasser la table et nous ont remerci\u00e9s pour cet excellent apr\u00e8s-midi.<\/p>

A l’avenir, la famille Schwermer et l’OGS souhaitent continuer \u00e0 collaborer sur diff\u00e9rents projets et \u00e9largir ensemble la diversit\u00e9 des offres \u00e0 l’\u00e9cole primaire St. Katharina.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
