Action painting in art lessons

Class 4b had art lessons.
We looked at pictures by Jackson Pollock.
This taught us about action painting.
We then went out into the schoolyard and painted our own pictures in action painting style.
We sprayed the paint onto the paper with brushes, sponges and toothbrushes.
Everyone had great fun.
At the end we let the pictures dry.
It was a great art lesson!
