Successful fundraising

As they do every year, the pupils of St. Katharina Primary School in Heinsberg once again diligently collected money for the children of Mtwara in Tanzania. A whopping 3,777 euros were collected.

The campaign always runs in the same way: for one week, the pupils collect money for Tanzania from their families, relatives, friends and neighbors.

Sister Raphaela Händler and Mirjam Schweiger, Missions Prokura, were once again delighted to receive the 3,777 euros this year. The donation will be used to equip further new classrooms in Mtwara, including the purchase of school desks and other furniture for St. Michael’s School.

The Heinsberg school community is delighted to be able to support the children at St. Michael’s School with its donation.
