On Wednesday, April 2nd, classes 3, 4a and 4b went to the PZ in Meggen. The philharmonic orchestra gave a school concert there. Over the past few weeks, the third and fourth graders practiced dances and movements to various pieces of classical music to accompany the musicians. Ms Runde led through the program under this year’s motto “Cooler Move – Orchestra in Motion”. Baroque music from the 16th century by the Sun King and the Danube Waltz by Johann Strauss were played. In between, current hits such as “No roots” by Alice Merten were also played. At the end, the orchestra played “Viva la vida” by Coldplay and all the children sang along vigorously.
This was a great musical experience!
