Just in time for St. Nicholas Day, our pupils received a visit from St. Nicholas. Although he had problems with the brakes on his car, with the help of his reindeer he arrived at school barely late. After a warm welcome, he read from his golden book and handed out St. Nicholas bags with sweet surprises.
The children had lots of questions, which he was happy to answer. For example, they wanted to know where he lives and how he spends his time during the summer.
St. Nicholas had a lot of good things to say about the children at our school. However, he was particularly pleased with the students’ willingness to help.
